General settings

These settings control your workspace's name, logo, and timezone. Only the workspace owner can change them — other members won't see the Workspace item in the sidebar.

Accessing settings

Click Workspace in the sidebar under the Admin section.

Workspace name

The display name for your workspace. It appears in the sidebar, the workspace switcher, and emails sent from the workspace. Update the field and click Save.

Workspace URL

Your workspace lives at a URL based on its name (for example, /w/your-company). The URL is generated once, when the workspace is created, and is shown read-only in settings — renaming the workspace does not change it, so existing links and bookmarks keep working.

Logo

Upload a logo to brand your workspace. PNG, JPG, GIF, and WebP images up to 5 MB are supported. You can remove the logo to fall back to the default mark.

Timezone

The timezone affects how dates and times are displayed throughout MCP Gateway. Set it to the timezone most relevant to your team.

Deleting a workspace

Warning: Deleting a workspace permanently removes all of its data, including members, invitations, API keys, webhook endpoints, and its subscription. This cannot be undone.

Only the owner can delete a workspace. You'll find the option in the Danger Zone at the bottom of the workspace settings page; you'll be asked to confirm before anything is deleted.
