1. Introduction

Identify the operating company, the service the terms cover, and how the agreement is accepted (account creation, use of the site, or purchase of a subscription).

2. The Service

Describe what the platform does, what a subscription includes, and any service levels or support commitments you make.

3. Accounts and Acceptable Use

Cover account registration and security responsibilities, workspace ownership, team member access, and the behavior you prohibit.

4. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

Explain trial terms, billing cycles, renewals, upgrades and downgrades, refund policy, and what happens on non-payment.

5. Customer Data

State who owns customer data, the license you need to operate the service, data export rights, and what happens to data after termination.

6. Intellectual Property

Cover your ownership of the platform, feedback licensing, and any restrictions on copying or reselling the service.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Set out the limited warranties you offer and disclaim everything else to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cap your liability and exclude indirect damages to the extent permitted in your jurisdiction.

9. Termination

Explain how either party can end the agreement and what survives termination.

10. General

Governing law, venue, changes to these terms, assignment, entire agreement, and how you'll notify customers of updates.
